A C CONSTRX provides construction workflow, project controls, safety support and non-accredited professional development tools. The portal supports workplace documentation and decision-making; it does not replace competent supervision, engineering judgement, legal advice, statutory duties, licences, permits, or site-specific risk assessment.

Users must review, correct and approve every checklist, AI-assisted draft, form, report and certificate before use. Generated content is a starting point only. The person signing remains responsible for its accuracy, suitability and lawful issue.

Role-based access is limited to authorised personnel. Users must keep credentials secure, use information only for approved project purposes, respect confidentiality and privacy, and must not upload material they are not authorised to use.

Subscriptions must remain paid and current. Overdue or failed payments may suspend portal access. Access may be restored after cleared payment. Fees already incurred remain payable.

Drone tools support construction integration and reporting only. They do not issue a RePL, operator accreditation or permission to fly. Aviation, privacy, WHS, environmental and site rules remain the user's responsibility.

Training certificates confirm completion of A C CONSTRX non-accredited professional development only. They are not nationally recognised qualifications, trade licences, engineering certification or regulatory approvals.

To the extent permitted by law, A C CONSTRX is not liable for loss arising from unreviewed, inaccurate or inappropriate use of portal content. Australian Consumer Law rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
