PRIVACY POLICY Effective 22 September 2026 A C CONSTRX collects information needed to operate the website and portal, manage accounts and subscriptions, provide project, construction, safety, training and drone-integration services, respond to enquiries, and improve the service. Information may include names, contact and business details, role and access records, project and site records, forms, checklists, reports, photographs, evidence files, training progress, certificate records, payment status and technical usage information. Project information is used only for authorised service delivery, support, security, record keeping and legal compliance. Access is controlled by role and project permission. Users must only upload information and images they are authorised to provide. A C CONSTRX may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, accounting, communications and support. Information is shared only as required for those services or where required by law. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no online system is completely risk-free. Users are responsible for secure passwords, appropriate access settings and prompt reporting of suspected unauthorised access. Records are kept only as long as reasonably required for service delivery, contractual, safety, audit and legal purposes. Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access to or correction of their personal information. AI-assisted features may process user-provided content to prepare drafts. A C CONSTRX provides construction workflow, project controls, safety support and non-accredited professional development tools. The portal supports workplace documentation and decision-making; it does not replace competent supervision, engineering judgement, legal advice, statutory duties, licences, permits, or site-specific risk assessment.
Users must review, correct and approve every checklist, AI-assisted draft, form, report and certificate before use. Generated content is a starting point only. The person signing remains responsible for its accuracy, suitability and lawful issue.
Role-based access is limited to authorised personnel. Users must keep credentials secure, use information only for approved project purposes, respect confidentiality and privacy, and must not upload material they are not authorised to use.
Subscriptions must remain paid and current. Overdue or failed payments may suspend portal access. Access may be restored after cleared payment. Fees already incurred remain payable.
Drone tools support construction integration and reporting only. They do not issue a RePL, operator accreditation or permission to fly. Aviation, privacy, WHS, environmental and site rules remain the user's responsibility.
Training certificates confirm completion of A C CONSTRX non-accredited professional development only. They are not nationally recognised qualifications, trade licences, engineering certification or regulatory approvals.
To the extent permitted by law, A C CONSTRX is not liable for loss arising from unreviewed, inaccurate or inappropriate use of portal content. Australian Consumer Law rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
